pureMango.co.uk
there's nothing about mangos or purity. It's just a name..The following is a list of projects that I'm currently working on.
use the demos, download the code, fix bugs and send it back... but I'd advise against implementing them on live sites.
purpose: a php id3 library.
bugs: id3v1 is working 100%, id3v2 is so complicated that I'm not sure this script will ever make it out of beta.
I've basically stopped working on this. IMHO it's good enough to be used. If you find bugs, let me know.
how to help: test your mp3 files using the online demo - if there are errors in my script, send me the mp3. I would -really- appreciate this.
demo - source
for something a little better, try this PHP ID3 project on sourceforge - it puts mine to shame :-(
what is it: recursively trawls a website for non-dictionary words (for intelligent brute forcing)
bugs: dictionary needs to be larger, and only gets files linked from homepage
what is it: a del.icio.us-like blog/bookmark site with AJAX and more community features.
bugs: none.
beta because: it is in desparate need of an interface.
suggestions for things you'd like coding are welcome. I get bored often and that's when I start wondering about such bizarre projects as steganography in PHP (check out the 'other projects' page)
UPDATE: there are no updates. muahah. seriously though, I'm not going to be doing anything on these until at least 2008. I have a life.
